This spring, Elan met credit card partner, Think Bank, for a day of service at 360 Communities to further the $12,500 donation given in January as part of the Elan Charitable Giving program.
When asked why Think Bank chose 360 Communities as the recipient for the donation, SVP Chad Murray shared, “Think Bank focuses on three areas [including] helping those who need us most, helping people build a stable financial future, and making our communities more thriving. And 360 Communities, through the work they, do touches on all of those pillars.”
Having recently completed a food drive, volunteers spent the day cleaning, sterilizing, organizing, and restocking one of 360 Communities’ five food shelf locations.
“Our employees live in communities just like everyone else and we want to see a positive difference, so Elan is happy to afford our employees the opportunity and encourage them to go out in their communities with their time like we’re doing here today,” said Elan Credit Card General Manager, John Owens.
During the event, 360 Communities was surprised with a $5,000 donation to further their mission of delivering safety and stability in the south metro area.
