Brentwood Bank Launches New Partnership with Elan Credit Card
(Pittsburgh, PA and Minneapolis, MN) — Brentwood Bank (Brentwood) and Elan Credit Card (Elan) today announced the launch of their partnership to provide credit card issuing, service, and support to customers of Brentwood’s five branches across the greater Pittsburgh area.
“Through our partnership with Elan we can now offer robust, flexible credit card solutions to our business and consumer customers,” said Steve Wolk, Chief Operating Officer of Brentwood Bank. “We are excited to provide an array of card choices to best meet our customers’ unique credit needs.”
Under the Brentwood brand, customers will have access to consumer and business credit card products. Each suite offers an array of options to meet the needs of various lifestyles and financial goals from a secured card to options with rich rewards for high value customers. By partnering with Elan, Brentwood’s customers will benefit from industry-leading credit card benefits, the latest technology and digital capabilities, and enhanced fraud detection.
Elan’s powerful and robust mobile app includes features including real time reward redemption, fraud alerts, travel notifications, and customer controls such as turning their card on or off.
Additionally, the multi-year agreement provides Brentwood Bank employees extensive training and a dedicated account team. This gives Brentwood the ability to expand their offerings, with minimal administrative duties, so staff can focus on what they do best — fostering customer relationships.
Brentwood will leverage the Elan’s turn-key marketing initiatives, expanded underwriting, and extensive reporting, to drive engagement, growth, and meet the needs of customers.
