Elan offers new Visa expense management tool for business owner cardmembers

December 28, 2020

Elan financial institution partners with business owner cardmembers have gotten an upgrade with Visa business cards.

Effective as of early December 2020, business owners who are Visa® cardmembers now have access to a new, robust expense management tool called Visa Business Reporting (VBR). This simple, yet powerful solution was designed by Visa for business owner cardmembers to efficiently oversee cash flow, enjoy added control of their expenses, and save time in managing their account.

The Visa Business Reporting tool transforms transactional information into business intelligence, allowing users to:

  • Access past and current financial data via a desktop browser or mobile app so they can track spending and stay on budget.
  • Control employee-card usage, with the ability to restrict usage and expenditure based on company-defined spending parameters, merchant category, location, and business hours/rules.
  • Leverage up to 15 interactive dashboards and 18 standard reports.
  • Push transactions to accounting software including Intuit QuickBooks Online® and Xero
