Online Account Access Tools

Cardmembers are also able to access their account information through the Online Account Access website, which can be viewed via a link that is placed on partner websites. This link allows cardmembers to perform a variety of functions online, including paying their account and obtaining statement inquiries.

Business Account Representative

For your high-profile and large business credit cardmembers, Elan has a structured Business Account Representative (BAR) team, which is designed to provide an additional level of support. The BAR team assists with completing complicated maintenance requests and researching account activity to help grow your accounts.

Through the use of proactive state-of-the-art prevention tools and recovery processes, Elan provides industry-leading fraud detection and minimizes loss rates. The Elan detection system overlays authorization and triggers any abnormal spending habits, allowing our partners and their cardmembers to feel 100% confident that their card is always secure.
