MONEYPASS AND GREEN DOT OFFER NATIONWIDE ATM ACCESS WITHOUT FEES

MINNEAPOLIS (Dec. 9, 2009) – MoneyPass and Green Dot Corporation have signed an agreement that provides Green Dot cardholders access to all MoneyPass ATMs nationwide without incurring fees. With more than 17,000 ATMs in all 50 states, the surcharge-free ATM network will provide tremendous value and convenience for Green Dot customers.

Green Dot is a leading provider of prepaid financial services and a leading provider of reloadable prepaid MasterCard and Visa debit cards. Green Dot also operates one of the nation's largest reload networks. Green Dot products are sold in approximately 50,000 retail locations from coast to coast, including CVS/pharmacy, Kmart, Kroger, Rite Aid, 7-Eleven, and Walgreens, among others.
